For Applicants wishing to obtain the business visa before travel the following documents must be sent: (Tourist visas can only be obtined on arrival in Kuwait.)

• Submit your valid and signed Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Visa application forms completed and signed
• 2 U.S. passport type photographs
• Company letter (for business only)

The visa application form must be completed on legal size paper, if it is printed on any other size paper the consulate will not accept the application.
The Kuwait visa is usually a one year multiple entry visa valid for stays of up to 30 days each entry.
