  This letter is to be presented to Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan prior to application for visa. The Ministry will send confirmation of the invitation to the embassy in Washington DC and a reference number will be supplied to the host company in Kazakhstan which will need to be submitted with the visa application.
