Tourist visa requirements

  • -Submit your valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity-you must send your passport
  • -1 Completed Visa Application -select from the list below and follow the instructions specific to your consulate.
  • -U.S. Passport Quality Photograph (Color Photographs Only)
  • -Copy of Ticket/Flight Itinerary (not required but we do recommend sending in rush situations)
  • -Cover Sheet

Business visa requirements

  • -Submit your valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity

  • -Invitation from company in China (can be a scan or fax)
  • -Company Letter from U.S. based employer stating purpose of trip and who is financially responsible for the applicant.
  • -Copy of Ticket/Flight Itinerary (not required but we do recommend sending in rush situations)
  • -Cover Sheet

Chicago Supplemental Application-Non US passport holders must submit a copy of their US status (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)

Washington DC Supplemental Application-Non US passport holders must submit a copy of their US status (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)

New York Supplemental Application-Non US passport holders must submit a copy of their US status (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)

Houston Supplemental Application-Non-US passport holders must submit their actual U.S. status. (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)

San Francisco Supplemental Application-Non-US passport holders must submit their actual U.S. status. (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)

Los Angeles Supplemental Application-Non US passport holders must submit a copy of their US status (Green Card or valid visa with I-94)
